That covers rigid trucks, semi-trailers, B-doubles, tippers, log trucks, livestock trailers and vans. You can also mix and match sensor types across truck and trailer if your rig runs different suspension styles front and back.
Up to eight sensors per integrator, so even multi-axle configurations are covered with a single Bluetooth connection in the cab.

What is on-board truck weighing?
On-board truck weighing means fitting sensors to your truck and trailer that read load weights in real time. The data shows up on a phone in the cab via Bluetooth, so the driver knows exactly what’s loaded before they hit the road.
Is this a legal-for-trade weighing system?
No. The Anmar Scales on-board truck weighing system is designed as an overload prevention guide. It gives accurate, real-time weight readings that help you stay within your limits, but it isn’t a substitute for an in-ground weighbridge or NMI-certified trade-approved system. For commercial transactions you still need an approved weighbridge weight.
What vehicles can the system be fitted to?
Any truck or trailer, regardless of suspension type. That includes rigid trucks, semi-trailers, B-doubles, tippers, log trucks, livestock trailers, and vans. We install the right sensor for your suspension style (air bag, mechanical spring, hydraulic).
Are there ongoing subscription costs?
No. The app is free on iOS and Android. You buy the integrator and sensors once and own them outright. No monthly fees, no per-user charges.
Will the system work if I lose or replace my phone?
Yes. The integrator stores your calibration data on the unit itself. If you lose or replace a phone, install the app on the new device, connect to the integrator, and pull the calibration back. No service call needed.
How accurate is the system?
Once calibrated, the axle group readings are accurate enough to keep you confidently within your legal weight limits. We can’t certify a specific accuracy figure because the system isn’t trade-approved. Treat the readings as a reliable guide for loading decisions, not a legal weight.
Can two people see the weight at once?
Yes. The integrator connects to two phones simultaneously via Bluetooth. The driver in the cab and the loader operator outside both see the live weight at the same time. Useful for getting the load positioned correctly over the axle groups.
What service and support do you provide?
We handle install, calibration, ongoing service, recalibration, repairs and sensor replacements. We also do fleet rollouts and operator training. All from one team across Victoria and Southern NSW.
