RELOCATABLE TRADE APPROVED
Modular Weighbridge
Fast site installation by standardised steel-concrete or full steel modules with a width of 1375mm, allowing the construction of platforms up to 56 meters long and 3.35 meters wide. Removable central crosswalk of 600mm wide.
The structure with intelligent profiles was designed using the finite element calculation program (EMRC-NISA II) and fully welded by robot. Bridge height of 400mm has been re-engineered specifically to meet Australian standards.
Simple and low-cost installation on the ground with access ramps, or built-in, with a pit of only 400 mm deep.
PORTABLE TRADE APPROVED
Modular Weighbridge
Reduced assembly time due to the ease of fitting the deck modules directly to the traverse beams with minimal bolts required. All assembly operations are carried out from the top of the platform.
The placement of the load cells and the stainless steel cup system is performed without fastening screws. The end and centre traverse beams carry the load cells assembled from the factory.
General wiring and connections are then made onsite through pre-installed conduits. The Anmar Scales Modular Weighbridge has upper covers to access the load cells and the summing boxes while also facilitating the cleaning and maintenance of the weighbridge.

SURFACE FINISH
Painted, with pickling by granulation to ensure a perfect adhesion of the primers and Epoxy enamels. Finish the main structure with RAL 7046 enamel. It is also possible to paint with other colours. Full galvanization is also available.

40mpa Concrete infill to modules. Concreting to take place on-site. Two A500ER welded mesh layers installed prior to delivery.
