Workshop & Field Technician Assistant, Albury.
Forklift, EWP, heights, confined space, white card. You’ve been doing the work for years, and because there’s no certificate behind it there’s a ceiling on what anyone will pay you.
We’ll train you into a licensed field service technician. That’s the job.
WHO WE’RE AFTER
Trade Assistants, Riggers, Labourers
Truck jockeys and roustabouts too. Anyone who’s spent a few years around industrial gear, knows how to work safely, and wants a real qualification behind them at the end of it.
You don’t need to know a thing about scales. Tickets help, but they’re not a requirement.
Attitude is what we can’t train. Bring that and we’ll teach you the rest.
THE WORK
Half On the Road, Half in the Workshop
Out on the road you’re with our senior technicians, servicing weighbridges and industrial scales across the region. Prepping tools and parts, loading and unloading, and learning the job from blokes who’ve been at it a long time.
Back at the Metry Street workshop you’re helping with logistics, mechanical work and getting jobs ready to head out the door.
The work changes daily, and you’ll get handed more of it as you go.

- A full Australian driver’s licence
- A safety-first attitude on site
- Willingness to learn and be shown
- Able to work in a small team
Handy, but not essential

- EWP and working at heights
- Confined space access
